Rick Dorff
Artist Statement
My work explores the interaction between found pieces and the spaces in which they are installed. I am interested in how entropic processes transform materials beyond their original identities and uses, making the installation within a specific room a vital part of the artistic process. These works were constructed to investigate the space created by including these specific elements.
