Directions to Kingston Gallery
Kingston is located on the street level at 450 Harrison
Avenue, #43, on the brick pedestrian walkway that was formerly
Thayer Street.
From the South via I-93 North
Take exit 18, Frontage Road, stay in right lane and go through
2 sets of lights, then bear right onto access road parallel to
the expressway. Get into the left lane and turn left on East
Berkeley Street. Go through 2 sets of lights and make a left
turn on Harrison Avenue.
From the North via I-93 South
Take Exit 20 (Albany Street). Bear right, following sign to
Albany Street. (Do not bear left-you will enter the Mass Pike.)
Turn right onto East Berkeley Street. Take first left onto Harrison
Avenue. Go two short blocks to 450 Harrison Avenue.
From the West via the Mass Pike (Rt. 90)
Take the Mass Pike to the Prudential/Copley Square exit. Keep
right for Copley Square. After exiting the tunnel turn right onto
Dartmouth Street. Take Dartmouth to Tremont Street and turn left.
Proceed to Waltham Street and turn right. Take Waltham to Harrison
Avenue and turn left. Proceed to 450 Harrison Avenue.
From MBTA
Take the Orange Line to Back Bay Station. Exit on the Clarendon
Street side. Turn right on Clarendon, and cross Columbus Ave.
Continue on Clarendon to Tremont Street. The Boston Center for
the Arts will be on the left. Turn left onto Tremont, then right
onto Waltham Street. Walk three blocks on Waltham St. to Harrison
Ave. Turn left onto Harrison.
You can also take the Green Line to Copley and follow the same
walking directions down Clarendon Street.
Parking
There is a parking lot at 475 Harrison Avenue. Parking spaces in
the Thayer Street lot are reserved, so park there at your own risk.
There is limited street parking on Harrison and several side streets
in the area, and metered parking one block away on Washington Street.
There is also a lot on the corner of Shawmut Avenue and East Berkeley
Street, two blocks up from Harrison Ave.
